At VerbumTV, we deeply appreciate your support—whether through sponsoring a program, purchasing a devotional item, or engaging with our digital resources. Your trust means everything to us.
We understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we want to make sure you have a clear, fair, and respectful experience when it comes to refunds or returns. This policy outlines how we handle such situations, in accordance with international standards and Sri Lankan law.
Please take a few moments to read the details below.
1. Sponsorships (Programs & Airtime)

Sponsorships for Holy Mass, programs, or airtime segments are eligible for cancellation and refund within 48 hours of the original purchase, provided the sponsored content has not yet been produced, scheduled, or published.

After 48 hours, all sponsorships become non-refundable, regardless of use or scheduling status.

Requests to change submitted details (e.g., names, dates, photos, messages) must be made promptly. Additional fees may apply for any changes approved after content production has started.

No refunds will be issued if the sponsorship has already been partially or fully produced, published, or scheduled.
2. Digital Products

You may request a refund for digital products (e.g., devotionals, prayer materials) within 24 hours of purchase if you are unsatisfied.

After 24 hours, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Downloads, usage, or access of the digital product may affect refund eligibility, as permitted under applicable law.
3. Physical Products
Returns for physical items (e.g., books, religious goods) are accepted under the following conditions:

The return must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
We also collect data that does not personally identify you, such as:

Report damage or defects within 48 hours of receipt via support@verbumtv.com.

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos.

You may choose between a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to VerbumTV’s error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

In such cases, VerbumTV will bear return shipping costs and arrange for appropriate shipping instructions.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Customized or personalized items (e.g., sponsorship videos with names or images)

Gift cards or vouchers

Downloaded or accessed digital products after the refund window

Items returned in a used, altered, or damaged condition not due to our fault
5. Refund Processing & Communication

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error.

Partial refunds may apply to sponsorships if production has already started.
6. Abuse of Refund Policy
VerbumTV reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer found to be misusing or abusing this policy (e.g., repeated refund claims, deliberate order tampering, or false claims).
