Assistant IT Administrator

Full-Time | On-Prem (Thewatta - Ragama)

Join our dynamic team at Verbum Television. We are looking for a seasoned IT Administrator to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure operations.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of IT systems.

  • Providing technical support to users.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.

  • Maintaining and upgrading IT hardware and software.

  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors for IT-related needs.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.

  • Certifications from CompTIA/Cisco/Google/Microsoft will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Sinhala.

    • Communication skills in Tamil will be an added advantage.

  • Open to work on Weekends.

  • Preeferably Located 1Hour traveling distance to Ragama, Thewatta area.
